SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving. Please note that shipping times at checkout do not include the 48 hour order processing. For most orders you can expect to receive items within 5 days of purchase. If a shipping delay exists we will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday.
Orders are shipped via UPS. Calculated shipping rates and times are shipping costs and delivery estimates that are provided by UPS shipping carrier. Shipping carriers can use any of the following when determining how much to charge for shipping:
- shipping origin
- shipping destination
- weight of shipment
- value of shipment
- dimensions of the shipment box
- dimensional weight
- requested speed of delivery
TuMe provides refunds only for defective products purchased directly from our website: drinktume.com. If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. TuMe has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by TuMe to be defective, TuMe will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. If the product was purchased with a gift card, TuMe will issue a TuMe gift card in the amount of the purchase price . Minor damage to packaging is not considered "defective."
How long do I have to request a refund?
You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. After that, TuMe will not process a refund request.
